To return or exchange an item:

1. Call our Customer Service at (514) 389-1377 or toll free 1 800-555-5555 to obtain a return authorisation number (without which no returned merchandise will be accepted)

2. Return the item prepaid and insured, unless otherwise instructed (as your return authorisation number will confirm).

We will gladly replace the item or provide you with a credit equal to the amount of your purchase.

Please note that we will only take back equipment if it is in its original packaging and if it is returned less than 30 days after the transaction was completed on our site. The following items are not returnable: lamps, cartridges,cd burners, needles, computer and video software.
