We accept Visa and MasterCard for online, fax and mail orders (credit cards are not accepted for phone orders).

For your protection, we verify the validity and the information on each credit card. Make sure you include your phone number so we can contact you.

We deliver only to the credit card's billing address. Should you wish to have the merchandise delivered elsewhere, please call a Customer Service rep at (514) 389-1377.

International Customers

Only bank money transfers (no credit card) are accepted for international orders. Please contact our Customer Service at info@filtronique.com for more information.

Cheques, Money Orders, Certified Cheques

Money orders and certified cheques made out to SON-OR are accepted. Your order will leave our warehouse upon reception of your payment. We will deliver merchandise upon reception of payment. Please note that personal cheques require a 14-day waiting period before the delivery of merchandise.
